# RunCouriers > RunCouriers is validating industrial parts delivery coordination in Connecticut. Explore proposed corridors and request an assessment; routes are not in service. Canonical site: https://runcouriers.com Reviewed: 2026-10-11 ## Identity and current status Public brand: RunCouriers. Legal name: Run Couriers, LLC. These identity details and the privacy email were provided by the owner. RunCouriers is in validation. Corridors are proposed, not in service. An assessment request is not a booking, quotation, or transport commitment. Intended market: Connecticut industrial facilities. This is a planning focus, not a claim of current service coverage. Planned transport coordination through qualified transportation partners; RunCouriers does not operate its own vehicles. ## Planned service models - **MOVE (planned):** Planned shipment-specific industrial transport coordination between approved facilities, using transportation partners rather than RunCouriers-owned vehicles. - **REPEAT (planned):** Proposed recurring factory-to-factory route coordination, subject to compatible cargo, receiving windows, recurring demand, and qualified carrier capacity. - **CONNECT (deferred):** Production coordination is deferred and is not offered or available for booking. ## Before a movement can be accepted - Cargo eligibility, packaging, securement, and dock access reviewed for the specific lane - Carrier identity, authority, insurance, equipment, and territory reviewed before acceptance - Qualified primary and backup carrier capacity for a recurring corridor - Compatible receiving windows and complete movement documentation - A rate and service windows agreed in writing before any movement is accepted ## Questions and answers ### How is a movement priced? The proposed basis is per standard movement: one authorised consignment from one pickup location to one delivery location. A rate must be quoted in writing against the actual origin, destination, cargo, timing window, and dock access before acceptance. Pickup and delivery are included in that charge. Waiting time, additional physical stops, and accessorials are itemised separately. ### Is the online estimate a quote? No. An illustrative online estimate is an indicative range modelled from corridor distance and handling assumptions. It is not a tariff and not a confirmed price. Any charge must be confirmed in writing before a movement is accepted, and reconfirmed if the cost basis changes materially. ### What do you not carry? The proposed pilot excludes hazardous materials, biological specimens and cold-chain goods, export-controlled and classified cargo and technical data, heavy tooling requiring engineered rigging, loose scrap and unsecured raw stock, temperature-sensitive materials, overnight storage and warehousing, and vehicle-to-vehicle transfers. Industry classification, including aerospace, defence, or medical, does not by itself make cargo eligible. ### What does proof of delivery actually confirm? That goods were received by a named party at a stated time, with a signature against the manifest. It is a record of custody transfer. It is not acceptance of manufacturing quality, and it does not certify an inspection result. Product-quality acceptance is a separate contractual matter. ### How are cargo limits set? Weight, cube, packaging, securement, and dock-access limits must be agreed during carrier qualification and recorded on the quote. They depend on the vehicle proposed for the lane, so they are not published as fixed figures. ### Do you operate the vehicles? No. The planned RunCouriers model coordinates transportation partners rather than operating its own vehicles. Acceptance policy requires a carrier review of business identity, authority, insurance, equipment, and territory before a first movement, with a qualification file retained. The target is at least two independently qualified options for a corridor; this is a prerequisite, not a claim of current carrier capacity. ### What happens when something goes wrong? The proposed exception policy preserves the original service commitment and records a revised delay estimate rather than overwriting it. For damage or missing cargo, evidence is preserved and claims contacts notified before anything is admitted or assured. A broken or mismatched seal pauses transfer pending authorised instruction. Unapproved cargo is declined regardless of urgency. ### Is there a contract or subscription fee? The proposed model has no subscription, membership, or platform fee. A recurring lane would require a route agreement stating commitments, unused-capacity treatment, accessorial charges, and repricing conditions. Single movements would be quoted individually. These are planned commercial terms, not an offer of currently available service. ### Are routes operating, and can I book a pickup now? RunCouriers is in validation. The corridors shown are proposed and are not routes in service. You can request a route assessment when online intake is open, but an enquiry does not book a pickup. Cargo eligibility, qualified carrier capacity, rate, and service windows must be agreed in writing before any movement is accepted. ## Contact and policies - [Route assessment](https://runcouriers.com#assessment): check online intake availability before entering personal information. The towns and proposed cadences do not describe active coverage or current capacity. Facility roles in the schematic are generic examples. ### Outside-processing circuit (candidate) Consolidates compatible machined lots into a planned sweep to thermal and finishing processors, then returns released work to origin. Proposed corridor: Waterbury ➔ Plainville ➔ New Haven ➔ Waterbury. Proposed cadence: Proposed Tuesday and Thursday sweeps. Illustrative cargo: CNC-machined components; Tool steel punches; Finished surface-treated parts; Processing and conformance documents. Cargo eligibility still requires assessment. Launch prerequisites: - Confirmed recurring demand from multiple shippers - Accepted carrier route quotation - Compatible receiving windows at each stop - Documented turnaround with each processor ### Assembly feeder (candidate) Dedicated recurring shuttle linking component suppliers with an assembly operation, timed to the receiving window. Proposed corridor: Waterbury ➔ Hartford ➔ New Britain. Proposed cadence: Proposed daily morning window. Illustrative cargo: Sub-assembly kits; Precision spacers; Returnable containers; Engineering samples. Cargo eligibility still requires assessment. Launch prerequisites: - Contracted recurring volume - Daily receiving window confirmed in writing - Returnable-container circulation agreed - Positive contribution across four consecutive weeks ### Inspection and rework movement (candidate) Transport for eligible first-article and rework lots travelling to independent testing or back to the originating facility. Proposed corridor: Naugatuck Valley ➔ Hartford ➔ Middletown. Proposed cadence: By scheduled agreement. Illustrative cargo: First-article samples; Dimensional inspection parts; Test reports; Certified gauges. Cargo eligibility still requires assessment. Launch prerequisites: - Cargo confirmed eligible and nonregulated - Document classification agreed with the customer - Laboratory intake and custody requirements documented ## Discovery and public API scope The public-document scope covers GET /api/track, POST /api/inquiry, and GET /api/health. [OpenAPI](https://runcouriers.com/openapi.json) describes their current unversioned pre-launch contracts. Permission-protected dispatch operations are not published as public integrator access. The supported interface is HTTP. MCP, WebMCP, OAuth, and A2A interfaces are not implemented. An enquiry does not authorise a shipment, payment, contract, or external communication. ## Provenance Reviewed 2026-10-11. Owner-provided identity and business-stage statements are assertions. Candidate corridors are derived from the existing public catalogue. Retention values are policy observations, not evidence of maintenance completion on a particular deployment.
