This notice is issued by Run Couriers, LLC (RunCouriers). The company is in validation; the corridors shown are proposed, not in service. The notice describes information handling during that phase. Online enquiry intake may be closed; privacy requests can always use the email contact below.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the company name, your name, work email address, any phone number you provide, the pickup town and destination, and any description of the cargo, handling requirements, or operational constraints you enter.
The enquiry record also stores your affirmative contact and notice acknowledgments, their timestamp, and the notice version. These choices concern this enquiry; providing a phone number does not authorise unrelated marketing, automated calls, recording, or AI messages.
Why we collect it
To assess whether a movement is eligible, to prepare a quotation, to plan a route, and to contact you about the enquiry. We do not sell enquiry data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
This site does not currently install advertising pixels, marketing cookies, session replay, or a third-party analytics service. Hosting and access-security records may contain network addresses, request times, and operator activity. Those records are separate from the enquiry and are not published through site discovery documents.
How long we keep it
Live enquiry records expire 180 days after submission. Routine purges run daily to delete expired records. Progressing to a customer relationship does not extend the enquiry record's retention period.
Verified rolling database snapshots can retain a copy until the snapshot is retired, with a maximum backup age of 7 days. Restored snapshots must have expired enquiries purged before intake is reopened. Separate operational or accounting records, if created under a commercial agreement, are handled independently; this is not an exception that keeps an enquiry indefinitely.
Who can see it
Access is restricted to personnel who need it to evaluate and operate the enquiry. Enquiry records are not published. Supplier, customer, and facility details are not disclosed to third parties without authorisation. Do not submit drawings, process specifications, pricing, bids, or customer lists through the public enquiry form.
Security
Database and snapshot files use restricted file permissions. Operational access is permission-protected through individually issued credentials, and the application records an audit trail for supported operations. No system is perfectly secure. Reported concerns should be raised through the contact route below so they can be investigated. Email Privacy@RunCouriers.com with the affected page and reproduction steps, without including customer data, credentials, or confidential technical material. Publishing a reporting contact does not grant testing authorisation or promise a bounty.
Your choices
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted before the retention period ends. Separate operational records supporting a commercial commitment may have their own handling requirements; they do not extend the public enquiry's 180-day expiry policy.
